Below you will find the cancellation policy we can follow which is always according to each company's policy. You need to have in mind that in order to cancel / refund or make any change to your tickets, we need to have them on our hands at least one week before the scheduled journey.

BLUE STAR FERRIES

(High Season) You can cancel your tickets without any cancellation fees or make them open, 7 days before scheduled departure. 7 days till 2 hours before departure you can only make them open or cancel with 50% cancellation fees.

(Low Season) You can cancel your tickets without any cancellation fees or make them open, 3 days before scheduled departure. 3 days till 2 hours before departure you can only make them open or cancel with 50% cancellation fees.

*Open tickets can be used till 6 months from the original scheduled departure and can be cancelled with 50% cancellation fees.

G.A FERRIES & HELLENIC SEA WAYS

Both of the companies don't allow us to cancel totally their tickets. After issuing the tickets, you can make them open or cancel with 50% cancellation fees till 24 hours before scheduled departure.

DODEKANISSOS

You can cancel your tickets without any cancellation fees or make them open, 7 days before scheduled departure. 7 days till 2 hours before departure you can only make them open or cancel with 50% cancellation fees.

AGIA MARINI

You can cancel your tickets without any cancellation fees or make them open, 3 days before scheduled departure. 3 days till 2 hours before departure you can only make them open or cancel with 50% cancellation fees

C-LINK FERRIES

*After departure you are not able to cancel your tickets, make them open or change the date.

*You can cancel / change date / change booking class of your tickets always with the same company. If a scheduled departure is cancelled due to the bad weather or to a damage of the ferry, then your tickets are totally refunded.

* In case your tickets have been delivered and you want to cancel them, delivery expenses are not refundable.

AEGEAN AIRLINES & OLYMPIC AIRWAYS

You can cancel or change the date on your domestic tickets ( the flight needs to be inside Greece) without any fees till 24 hours before the scheduled departure. 24 hours till the time of departure there is 15 Euro penalty fees and after departure (non show) there is 30 Euro penalty fees. In order to cancel international tickets please get in touch with our office.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

High Season (15/6 - 20/9) You can cancel your reservations without fees, till 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival. 2 weeks till 1 day before arrival there will be 1 night accommodation fees.

Low Season ( 1/1 - 14/6 & 21/9 - 31/12) You can cancel your reservations without fees, till 1 week before your scheduled arrival. 1 week till 1 day before arrival there will be 1 night accommodation fees.
